¼Crolled oatsuse gluten free if needed
¼Ccauliflower rice
¾Calmond milk
¼Cplain greek yogurtor coconut whipped cream
1scoopvital protein collagen peptidesoptional
1tspchia seeds
1tsplemon zest
1tsppure maple syrup
1/3Craspberries
Instructions
Add everything but the raspberries into a mason jar and stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Add more almond milk before eating if the mixture is too thick. Top with raspberries and enjoy!
