Chocolate chips, cranberries, and walnuts top a yummy graham cracker crust to make the most incredible dessert bars to share with your family and friends. See notes for tips on how to make these vegan and dairy free.
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add graham crackers crumbs and toss until they are well coated.
Add the graham cracker mixture to the pan and press evenly to form a smooth bottom layer.
Sprinkle on the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, cranberries, and walnuts. Pour the coconut milk over the top of it all.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the edges begin to turn golden brown.
Let the bars cool completely and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
